Colour Picker is a tool for getting colour from a picture or from a camera.

Colour Picker sources
    - Can use Take Photo feature to get an instant colour from a camera
    - Can select a picture from Photos app
    - Can select a picture from Files app
    - Can use live camera to pick a image

    - Get the colour palette for the selected colour
    - Share the colour to who ever you need
